Job description
Tasks
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Build and maintain reliable Java/Python backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Leverage AWS cloud services to deliver scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in data engineering, backend development, or software engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services, including S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, and Redshift.
- Proven experience developing production-grade APIs and backend services using Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark, distributed data processing, and scalable data transformations.
- Proficiency in SQL, complex queries, ETL/ELT processes, and query performance optimization.
- Practical exposure to MCP, LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-powered application integrations.
- Experience with API testing, debugging, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
