Senior Data Reporting Engineer

About the role

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Senior Data Reporting Engineer to design, develop, automate, and optimize scalable data solutions for enterprise reporting, analytics, research, and large-scale operational processes. The role combines data engineering and development with analysis to transform complex datasets into business insights.

The work may focus more on data engineering and operationalization or on analytics, reporting, research, and modeling. Healthcare, pharmacy, patient, or related analytical experience is particularly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data solutions.
• Develop and support data pipelines and automate data processes.
• Work with complex datasets, investigate business trends, and create solutions supporting business and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and development or DevOps practices.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in data/reporting engineering, analytics engineering, data development, or a related technical field; candidates with fewer years may be considered if they demonstrate appropriate technical depth.
• Experience with technologies and environments such as Snowflake, Teradata, SaaS platforms, Azure, or other cloud-based data platforms is valuable.
