Senior EDI/API Analyst

Tasks

• Gather and analyze customer integration requirements.
• Develop EDI maps and mapping specifications using Sterling Integrator.
• Work with X12 EDI transactions, XML, JSON, and flat files.
• Coordinate with developers and business teams to implement integration solutions.
• Perform end-to-end testing with customers, trading partners, and backend TMS systems.
• Troubleshoot EDI/API issues and support system enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in EDI/API integration and business analysis.
• Minimum 8 years of Sterling Integrator EDI development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of X12 transactions (204, 990, 214, 210), XML, JSON, and flat files.
• Strong communication and customer coordination skills.
• Logistics or supply chain experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
