EarnIn seeks an experienced, collaborative, and resourceful Senior Web Engineer for its Early Bets initiatives, which create new experiences and products as part of a broader ecosystem of solutions. The role suits engineers who thrive in uncertainty, define technical solutions in ambiguous environments, and collaborate closely with Product teams to refine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to define, build, and evolve user experiences using modern frontend technologies.
• Build 0-to-1 products and design and implement scalable architectures that support rapid product evolution.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to refine requirements and define technical solutions in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• Experience building 0-to-1 products.
• Ability to design and implement scalable architectures that support rapid product evolution.
• Experience with early-stage software products engineered for scale or Research & Development on new technologies is a good fit.
