Job description
Tasks
- Lead functional execution across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management
- Driving data validation, SIT/UAT test script creation, CRP workshops, cutover, and end-user training
- Data conversion validation, source-to-target mapping, CRP facilitation
- Comprehensive SIT & UAT test scenario creation, execution, and defect management
- Job aids, end-user training delivery, cutover readiness, Hypercare support
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT/HRIS experience and proven full-lifecycle implementation expertise
- 15+ Years Overall Experience (4+ Years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM: Core HR, Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management
- Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
