Job description
About the role
Support identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access security, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Tasks
- Manage user onboarding, role changes, offboarding, and access provisioning
- Perform periodic access reviews and access certifications
- Enforce Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Assist with audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Improve IAM processes through automation and system integrations
- Maintain IAM documentation, audit evidence, and remediation plans
Requirements
- 10+ Years
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Access Governance & Access Certifications
- User Lifecycle Management
- CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Okta
- Active Directory
- SOX, FFIEC, and GLBA compliance
