Job description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Kofax Developer / Kofax TotalAgility Technical Lead
Galaxy I Tech is looking for an experienced Senior Kofax Developer / Kofax TotalAgility Technical Lead to design and deliver enterprise-scale Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and document automation solutions.
📍 Location: Minneapolis, MN
🏢 Work Mode: Onsite
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA).
Develop business processes, subprocesses, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Configure and support Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM).
Implement document classification, data extraction, validation, OCR/ICR, and workflow automation.
Build REST API integrations with enterprise content management (ECM) systems, databases, cloud services, and business applications.
Lead solution architecture, code reviews, technical discussions, and production troubleshooting.
Mentor developers and coordinate onsite/offshore teams.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery, deployment, estimation, and stakeholder collaboration.
🔹 Required Technical Skills
10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience.
5+ years of Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) experience.
10+ years of Kofax Capture experience.
5+ years of Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) experience.
8+ years of C#/.NET development experience.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, Web Services, and AWS.
Experience with OCR/ICR engines, document classification, extraction locators, validation rules, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Technical leadership, architecture, mentoring, and communication skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Banking or insurance domain experience.
Kofax/Tungsten certifications.
Experience with AI-enabled document processing and enterprise workflow automation.
