Senior L3 AI Engineer

Tasks

• Serve as the escalation point for complex AI platform issues
• Support and manage Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and other AI products.
• Configure, deploy, and scale AI solutions across M365, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID, Purview, and Power Platform.
• Partner with Microsoft and vendor engineering teams to validate and roll out new AI capabilities.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and platform reliability initiatives.
• Mentor support teams and contribute to knowledge management and process improvement
• Help build AI-driven automation solutions for support, training, and QA functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Technical Support, or Enterprise IT Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM platforms and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
• Experience with Entra ID, Purview/DLP, SSO/SCIM, ServiceNow, and Power Platform
• Strong scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with automation, integrations, CI/CD, and enterprise-scale deployments
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
