We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Applications to lead enterprise application teams and manage global technology platforms within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
8–10+ years of management-level experience.
Strong experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience.
Hands-on knowledge of PTC Windchill.
Experience working in regulated industries (Medical Device / Healthcare / Manufacturing).
Strong team leadership and application portfolio management experience.
Experience managing application upgrades, validation, compliance, and performance.
🔹 Nice-to-Have Skills:
Power BI, SAP BW, S/4 BDC, or Databricks.
Dell Boomi or SAP BTP.
Global IT operations experience.
Vendor management and strategic planning experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise application teams.
Drive application upgrades, validation, and performance improvements.
Manage QMS, PLM, and enterprise application portfolios.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Manage vendors, budgets, and application roadmaps.
Important: This is a management-level position, not a hands-on developer or architect role. The selected candidate will initially lead a team of 5, with expected growth to 10–15 members.
