Senior Manager – Laboratory Operations

Tasks

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and assigned testing lanes.
• Ensure operational performance meets quality, productivity, and financial objectives.
• Manage high-volume and high-complexity testing operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory supervisors and frontline teams.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and applicable federal and Florida state regulations.
• Oversee laboratory quality assurance and quality control programs.

Requirements

• Active Florida Supervisor License in Microbiology – Mandatory.
• ASCP Medical Technologist Registry – Required.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of laboratory leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience managing high-volume, high-complexity laboratory operations.
• Experience managing laboratory testing lanes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of CAP and CLIA regulatory requir

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday, with one Saturday every 12 weeks
• 100% Onsite
• Full-Time / Permanent
