Job description
Requirements
- English: Conversational required
- Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders
- 8+ years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Capacity Planning, Labor Modeling, OEE, Cycle Time Analysis, and Production Optimization.
- Advanced skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with FlexSim, AnyLogic, Simio, or equivalent manufacturing simulation tools.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, including COGS, ROI, IRR, and NPV.
- Experience with PFEP, material-flow optimization, and manufacturing process improvement.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in manufacturing analytics.
