Job description
Christus healthcare is seeking a dedicated Senior Operations Manager for a remote, full-time role supporting its South Houston, Texas operations. This healthcare operations leadership position offers the opportunity to improve efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and support the communities the organization serves.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operational activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and optimize resources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, and report progress and performance to stakeholders.
- Support effective remote collaboration, coaching and motivating team members to achieve objectives.
