Manage project timelines and deliverables, reporting on progress and performance to stakeholders. Facilitate effective remote collaboration amongst team members, guiding and motivating them toward achieving set objectives. Evaluate operational performance metrics and identify areas for process improvements. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote employee engagement and operational excellence. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proficiency in leadership and team management with demonstrated success in project management. Strong communication skills, adept at remote collaboration to foster a cohesive work environment. Experience with operational efficiency practices and performance metrics. Preferred: Industry-standard certifications in operations management or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or management roles, preferably in healthcare. This position operates within a supportive team structure that encourages collaboration and innovation.
