Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Professional Certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) required. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management or operations within a corporate environment. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Experience with financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
