Job description
Property managemen is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Operations for a full-time role based in Los Angeles, California. This position is remote eligible and offers an annual salary of $160000. Lead a dedicated finance team and help drive accurate, compliant financial operations, strong financial performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop financial analysts, accountants, and administrative staff.
- Manage budgeting processes and financial reporting, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate vendor and partner contracts and agreements.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with organizational objectives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification is required.
- Five to seven years of experience in financial management or operations in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with financial management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
