🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations, enhancements, and full lifecycle deployment projects.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-production support.
Configure payroll definitions, elements, earnings, deductions, balances, payment methods, tax calculations, and payroll flows.
Integrate payroll with Oracle Core HR, Time and Labor (OTL), Absence Management, Financials Cloud, General Ledger, and Oracle PPM.
Support project-based workforce payroll, overtime, allowances, travel reimbursements, union deductions, and multi-project labor costing.
Ensure payroll accuracy, tax compliance, statutory deductions, and audit readiness.
Manage payroll data migration, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, parallel payroll runs, SIT, UAT, and reconciliation.
Develop payroll and labor-cost reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
Train payroll administrators and HR users while supporting Oracle quarterly cloud updates.

✅ Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and configuration
✅ Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations
✅ Oracle Core HR, Absence Management, and Time and Labor
✅ Payroll Costing and Payroll Accounting
✅ Payroll Processing, Taxation, and Compliance
✅ HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Flows
✅ Labor Cost Allocation, Overtime Management, and Payroll Reconciliation
✅ Hands-on Construction/EPC domain experience
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large construction, EPC, utilities, energy, or infrastructure workforces.
Exposure to union and non-union payroll and multi-state payroll operations.
Experience with Oracle PPM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, HCM Extracts
