Wintegrity is hiring a full-time Senior Procurement Specialist in York, Pennsylvania. This on-site role offers an annual salary of $90,000 and the opportunity to strengthen supply chain efficiency through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and effective contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain conditions to identify and mitigate risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify purchasing needs and support timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance and tracking performance metrics.
- Train internal stakeholders on procurement best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated record of success.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in vendor and contract lifecycle management.
- Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) credentials are a plus.
