Wintegrity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. This full-time position plays a vital role in optimizing supply chain efficiencies and driving strategic sourcing initiatives within a collaborative, mid-sized company that values innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Conduct thorough supplier evaluations and lead negotiations to secure favorable contract terms. Analyze market trends and supply chain dynamics to mitigate procurement risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Manage vendor performance through regular reviews, feedback, and improvement plans to optimize outcomes. Oversee contract lifecycle management to ensure compliance and monitor performance metrics. Facilitate training sessions on procurement best practices to enhance internal team capabilities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles. Proficiency in procurement processes and contract management. Strong negotiation skills with proven success. Excellent analytical and communication abilities. Experience in vendor and lifecycle management. Certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are a plus.
