Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead / SDET Lead to drive automation engineering, develop scalable test frameworks, and lead end-to-end quality assurance activities.Required Skills7+ years of experience in QA and software test automation.Recent, hands-on SmartBear TestComplete experience in web application automation – mandatory.Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and/or Robot Framework.Automation framework design and development (POM / BDD).UI, API, database, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.CI/CD pipeline integration and automated test execution.SQL and database validation.Test strategy, defect management, root cause analysis, and release readiness.Experience leading QA teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.Preferred SkillsSAP GUI / SAP Fiori testing.Appium and Cypress.Cloud-based and distributed application testing.AI-assisted testing tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks.Lead automation testing across web applications, APIs, and databases.Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.Establish test strategies, quality metrics, and testing standards.Identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve defects.Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous quality improvements.
