What You'll DoWarm lead follow-up: Contact warm and hot leads who already want staffing and recruiting services.Service presentations: Explain services, then run discovery calls and video meetings.Proposals and closing: Send proposals, quotes and agreements, and close at least 3 deals per month.CRM and client handoff: Log activity in the CRM and pass closed clients to the recruiting team.
What You NeedAdvanced spoken English: Strong speaking and communication skills (required)Sales experience: 3+ years of recent sales experience (required)Client relationships: Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships (required)Negotiation and closing: Confident negotiating and closing deals (required)Residence: Living in Latin America (required)Staffing or recruiting sales: Experience selling in this industry (preferred)Related background: Business development, account executive, inside sales or B2B sales (preferred)
