Senior RF Test System Engineer

About the role

Bestinfo Systems LLC is hiring a Senior RF Test System Engineer for a full-time direct hire position in Loveland, CO. The role supports aerospace and defense applications, including Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Satellite Communications (SATCOM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of custom RF test systems and automated test solutions.
• Develop automated test solutions, including software, device drivers, and test interfaces using industry-standard test and measurement platforms.
• Design, integrate, and validate system-level solutions combining RF instrumentation, signal routing, switching, software automation, and measurement technologies.
• Work with customers to understand requirements, develop practical solutions, and support project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects involving engineering, program management, sales, customers, suppliers, and third-party partners.
• Participate in customer design, technical, and milestone reviews.
• Address technical problems involving RF measurements, test automation, hardware integration, software development, and system performance.
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities.
