Requirements
- 5+ Years BSA | 3+ Years ServiceNow Administration
- Strong ServiceNow Core Platform Knowledge & Administration
- ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge & Service Catalog
- Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies & Basic Scripting
- Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST/SOAP Integrations
- Email Troubleshooting, User/Role Management & Access Governance
- Requirements Gathering, User Stories, SIT/UAT & Production Support
- Agile/Scrum, SDLC & Stakeholder Management
- Preferred: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM/SAM, CMDB, HAM, Now Assist or EmployeeWorks experience.
- Strong techno-functional expertise and hands-on ServiceNow platform administration are essential.
