- 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong ServiceNow Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering skills
- Experience with DevOps and Digital Product Release Management
- Agile story writing and backlog management
- Experience translating control analysis and business requirements into Agile user stories
- Strong understanding of acceptance criteria and technical specifications
- Knowledge of system personas, roles, permissions, and security models
- Exposure to AI Story Generation Agents
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
