About the role
Synthires is seeking experienced software engineers to support a project focused on evaluating and improving next-generation AI systems. The work involves assessing AI-generated code and solving real-world engineering problems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
- Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
- Review AI reasoning related to architecture, debugging, and system design.
- Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of software engineering experience at a top technology company, including some experience within the past 7 years.
- Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong code review and debugging skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions in writing.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
