Senior Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft HCM

About the role

Support a business-critical HR and payroll system (Workforce Information Network – WIN), including digital onboarding, employee and manager self-service enhancements, and modernization of legacy PeopleSoft pages.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades and PeopleTools upgrades.
• Experience with Fluid and Classic interfaces.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and implement business solutions throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft development, analysis, and design techniques, particularly in HR, Absence Management, Time & Labour, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports, presentations, system documentation, and manuals.
• Experience working with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, enterprise-level HCM system changes and optimizations, and change management practices.
• Previous Ontario Public Service (OPS) or public-sector experience is an asset.
• Canada-based candidates only.

• Contract: 1 Year + 4 Extension
• 5 days onsite
