Senior Tax Accountant

Overseas Taxation & Financial Services Business Line
Location: Mexico
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and launch of local tax and financial products/services (such as company registration services) from 0 to 1.
2. Familiar with local tax filing processes and experienced in supporting business registration and compliance for online stores/platforms such as Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.
3. Maintain relationships with local government and regulatory authorities (including tax authorities and finance departments), stay updated on policy changes, and provide timely recommendations to optimize internal business operations and compliance management.
4. Candidates with experience in handling compliance reviews, regulatory audits, and unexpected tax/regulatory issues will be highly preferred.
II. Requirements
1. Candidates with 3+ years of relevant work experience are preferred. Working language is not limited.
2. Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to business travel requirements.
3. Result-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, independence, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
