Senior Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop multiple software development teams through coaching, mentoring, technical guidance, and effective people management.
• Ensure high standards of architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical consultancy and leadership for complex technical challenges.
• Support the professional growth of developers through knowledge sharing, feedback, career development discussions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Manage the administrative and people leadership aspects of multiple development teams, including workload planning, resource allocation, leave approvals, performance management, onboarding, and employee development activities.
• Support recruitment activities, technical interviews, succession planning, and team-building initiatives.
• Serve as a cultural and communication bridge between stakeholders in Germany and teams in Manila.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture.
• Monitor team capacity, delivery commitments, and resource utilization to ensure effective project execution and operational stability.
