Senior Technical Program Manager – PeopleSoft

Tasks

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM technical and functional resources
• Oversee PeopleSoft HCM delivery
• Manage multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate executive stakeholders
• Drive HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and digital modernization initiatives

Requirements

• 16+ years of IT program/project management and technical team leadership
• 16+ years of PeopleSoft HCM program/team leadership experience
• Strong oversight-level knowledge of Core HR, Payroll for North America, and Time & Labor
• 16+ years of business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• 16+ years of SDLC experience
• 10+ years of staff management and performance oversight
• 10+ years of government/public-sector IT program management
• 10+ years of stakeholder management and executive status reporting
• Strong requirements analysis and functional design oversight
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field-or equivalent experience
• PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) deployments
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• PeopleSoft UI and UX modernization
• Third-party identity provider implementations
• DOJ Section 508 accessibility compliance
• Data visualization system integrations
• Oracle database management and performance optimization
• Technical standards, governance, and compliance
