Service Delivery Manager (SDM) / Transition Manager (TM)Location: Medellín, Colombia Language: Spanish (Fluent – Mandatory) Work Arrangement: Onsite / Local to Medellín preferred Scope: IBM iSeries (AS/400)
Required Skills
Strong experience in Service Delivery Management (SDM).Proven experience in IT Transition Management and service onboarding.Experience managing IBM iSeries / AS400 environments.Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA, KPI, incident, problem, and change management.Experience handling client management, stakeholder communication, and escalations.Excellent transition planning, governance, and delivery management skills.Fluent Spanish-speaking skills – Mandatory.Strong English communication skills preferred.
