Job description
TCNPL is hiring a full-time Telecalling Team Leader in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site leadership role, you will guide a team of telecallers, strengthen customer service, and help achieve sales objectives in a growing telecommunications business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor telecallers in customer engagement and sales techniques.
- Develop calling strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Track team performance using analytics and feedback, and take action to improve results.
- Deliver training on communication, product knowledge, and calling best practices.
- Coordinate with the sales department to align telecalling plans with business goals.
- Prepare and present team performance reports to senior management.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer concerns escalated by team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in a telecalling or sales leadership role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into improvements.
