Acrotech is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose and fix laptop issues, recommend solutions and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix laptop issues.
- Recommend appropriate solutions to laptop issues and possible part upgrades.
- Provide technical support and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Collaborate with the team to reach KPIs.
Requirements
- Ideally, experience in computer and laptop hardware, software, repair and component-level troubleshooting.
- Strong diagnostic skills for identifying hardware defects, OS errors and system performance issues.
