Gorakhpur A To Z Repair And Services is hiring a skilled Service Technician for Home Appliances to join our team in Dharamsāla, Uttar Pradesh, India. This full-time role involves repairing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of home appliances to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diverse home appliances, adhering to safety and performance standards.
• Respond promptly to service calls and conduct thorough on-site inspections to accurately diagnose appliance issues.
• Install new appliances following manufacturer instructions to guarantee proper operation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and necessary repairs, delivering excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical expertise.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Certification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in repair, installation, and maintenance of home appliances.
• Strong troubleshooting skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in appliance repair and installation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
