About the role

Sibitalent is looking for a Principal-level ServiceNow Lead Developer with hands-on Now Assist and Agentic AI implementation experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical authority across the pod.
Lead hands-on agent activation and go-live.
Establish technical standards, templates and QA processes.
Mentor and review work delivered by Senior Consultants.
Act as an escalation point to the ServiceNow AI CoE.
Provide technical leadership across multiple parallel engagements.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation.
Deep, current Now Assist experience.
Proven Agentic AI and GenAI delivery experience.
Hands-on agent activation, OOTB configuration, QA and go-live experience.
AISP advisory and RAD sprint experience.
Experience with Data & Platform Dependencies, Admin & Security, and Installation & Upgrades.
Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.
CSA — Certified System Administrator.
Three CIS Certifications.
Advanced ServiceNow Certifications.
Now Assist installed and configured on the candidate's own employee instance is a required prerequisite.
