Shipping Coordinator

Join a fast-paced team and help keep products moving out the door. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely shipments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate daily shipping operations - Prepare and verify outgoing shipments (labels, BOLs, manifests, etc.) - Work closely with warehouse and transportation teams - Track inventory and maintain shipping records - Resolve shipment discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized shipping area - Follow all safety and quality procedures REQUIREMENTS - Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience required - Forklift experience required - Strong organizational and communication skills - Basic computer skills (Excel, email, warehouse systems) - Ability to work in a cold storage environment - Must be able to pass E-Verify and background check - Reliable attendance SHIFTS 1st Shift: 6AM – 6PM Possible 2nd Shift: 3PM – 11:30PM APPLY TODAY!
