BB Consultants is listing a Short-Term Rental Housekeeper / Vacation Rental Housekeeper role for Dependable Rental Inc. The housekeeper maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and presentation of a private rental property to help create clean, comfortable spaces for guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Complete turnover cleaning using checklists, clean and sanitize surfaces, disinfect high-touch areas, and remove dust, dirt, hair, and debris.
- Clean appliances as needed, use proper cleaning products, and follow cleaning and sanitizing standards.
- Vacuum and mop floors; clean and wipe surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Strip, wash, dry, and fold linens; make beds with hotel-style sheets; and prepare towels and bathroom essentials.
- Replace linens and towels as needed, restock amenities, and stage the property for incoming guests.
- Inspect for damage or missing items, report concerns promptly, and complete final quality-control checks.
