Potalaa Investments is looking for a friendly and professional Showroom Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. In this full-time role, you will be the welcoming face of our showroom, providing excellent customer service and supporting sales operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in the showroom, offering detailed information about our products and services. Manage phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain showroom displays by organizing and presenting products attractively. Assist with sales transactions to support the sales team and enhance customer experience. Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate inventory records. Coordinate with delivery teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment. Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and showroom operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
