Site Director

WHO WE ARE
The Site Director provides strategic and operational leadership for Housing and Homeless services programs, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role manages program performance, and is accountable for the Social Services team, including intake and assessments, case management, benefits, and programs; and Housing and Clinical staff.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including licensing, OTR, and Part 90s, and HSNY policies, as well as for safety, health, and standards.
Monitor and maintain program goals.
Optimize programs to ensure access to services.
Oversee intake and assessment and supervise Social Services staff.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and ensure high-quality client-centered services.
Coordinate with community providers.
Manage and oversee budgets.
Maintain documentation and reporting.
Respond to crisis situations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in social services, including leadership or supervisory roles in community housing, substance use programs, or related human services.
