Social Media Executive

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Required Skill Set:
- 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager, including targeting and budget management.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt message.
- Experience managing multi-platform content calendars aligned with launches, events, and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and support global audiences.

Job Description:
- Execute the social content calendar aligned with launches, events, and campaigns.
- Create and publish posts, carousels, and short-form videos for key audience segments.
- Manage community management across comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Track and report social performance, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Partner with Design and Product Marketing on content, creatives, and messaging.
- Support employee advocacy and executive social presence through content drafting and ghostwriting.
