About the role
Everpure is seeking a manager to lead the Flashblade//EXA platform engineering team and build the foundational architecture for its high-performing AI storage portfolio. The role focuses on core platform software integrating Linux kernel, networking, and NVMe technologies, with collaboration across Product and Release management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale an engineering team to enable next-generation hardware platforms, Linux kernel optimizations, and advanced NVMe networking technologies.
- Drive end-to-end execution of Purity software releases with structured plans and critical milestones, in partnership with Program and Release Management.
- Develop continuous integration strategies and phased feature rollouts to reduce delivery risk and support production quality.
- Manage technical engagements with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party components into the Flashblade//EXA ecosystem.
- Align business objectives with engineering goals so the team's technical work optimizes platform performance.
