Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities Directly sell Sequretek’s products and services to targeted customers in BFSI, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, and Community Banks within the US. Develop tailored proposals based on customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and quotations, either independently or via partners and marketplaces. Collaborate with the Pre-sales team for technical discussions, demonstrations, Proof of Concept, pilots, and technical proposals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, KPIs, and individual goals. Manage booking, billing, and collections; commissions are paid post-collection per Sequretek’s incentive policies. Represent Sequretek at marketing events as a single point of contact, presenter, or booth representative. Engage in continuous self-learning and attend training sessions to stay updated on product and market trends.
