Circle City Alliance Therapy & Consulting is a growing, private pay somatic therapy practice on Indianapolis’ north side, and we’re making room for another fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or psychologist).
Why we’re doing this: Therapists spend all day holding other people’s grief, trauma, and fear. A practice should take care of the people doing that work. We believe a supported therapist is a better therapist, and clients feel the difference. So we built the kind of place we wished we’d had. We also are full and need another therapist to share these referrals with!
What we offer:
✨ No non-compete and no non-solicitation, ever. Your clients are not our “property” like so many group practices believe
✨ We market for you and attract the right kind of clients to your caseload! We do all of the boring behind-the-scenes business stuff so that you don’t have to and can focus on good client care
✨ You set your own rates
✨ A furnished, calm private office in a suite that we share with massage therapists! And we will share with interns next fall (2027)
✨ Billing handled, so you can stay out of spreadsheets
✨ Real clinical consultation with someone who still gets excited about this work
✨ Private pay only, so no insurance panels and no chasing authorizations
✨ A 75/25 split, or 80/20 if you hold EMDR, somatic, or Brainspotting Phase 1 and 2 certification
Who we’re looking for: A therapist fully and independently licensed in Indiana who likes somatic and trauma-informed work and wants a small place where people know your name.
