Sous Chef

We’re looking for an experienced culinary leader with a strong fine-dining background, ideally within a MICHELIN Recommended, MICHELIN Star or Canada’s 100 Best restaurant environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $65,000–$75,000 salary + tip pool
• 80% extended health coverage – medical, dental & vision
• $60/month cell phone allowance
• Transit coverage up to a 3-zone SkyTrain pass
• $100/month culinary sampling & R&D allowance
• 3 weeks paid vacation
