Spa Manager

Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or related industry
- Proven management or team leadership experience
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff
- Experience handling customer complaints and difficult situations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets, KPI’s, and performance reports
- Knowledge of spa operations and client management
- Proficient with basic computer systems, CRM/POS, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- A plus but not required: Experience managing an aesthetic spa, med spa, salon, or wellness center
- Experience with staff scheduling, attendance, payroll coordination, and inventory
- Knowledge of facial, body, skincare, and aesthetic services
- Experience in client retention, rebooking, memberships, and relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue and sales goals
- Ability to train staff on sales, customer service, and communication techniques
- Experience in multi-location management is a plus
