About the role
Teneo Linguistics Company is seeking bilingual interviewers to collect feedback from healthcare patients. Conduct phone interviews in Spanish and English using provided call scripts, and record responses in English in the system.
Position: 1099 contractor, based on work availability. Flexible hours; make your own schedule one week in advance. Shifts are typically available Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients who recently received services from hospitals, medical facilities, pharmacies, or insurance providers.
- Conduct short experience surveys in Spanish and English.
- Record responses in English in the system.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Reliable home internet; internet access is required, and internet-related expenses are not reimbursed or incentivized.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Complete a 16-question bilingual proficiency assessment.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must reside in the U.S.
