Adecco is seeking a proficient Spanish Document Translator to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario on a contract basis. This role is essential for accurately translating vital documents to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Translate various documents from English to Spanish with high accuracy and attention to detail. Proofread and edit translations to ensure quality and alignment with the original text. Collaborate with translators, editors, and team members to maintain consistency across documents. Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines. Conduct research on terminology and concepts relevant to diverse industries. Prepare glossaries to standardize vocabulary used in translations. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve translation processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field. Proven expertise in translation and proofreading with strong command of English and Spanish. Familiarity with translation software such as SDL Trados or memoQ. 2-3 years experience translating legal, technical, or marketing documents.
