Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, accurate documentation
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Valid North Carolina Special Education Teaching License or eligibility
