Sr Credit BureauTesting Manager

About the role

The Sr. Controls & Testing Credit Bureau Reporting Manager will work within the Consumer Bureau Management Team to execute and oversee a comprehensive controls and testing program.

The program ensures customer and account data is reported accurately, timely, and in full compliance with FCRA and Metro2 standards. The role integrates data quality management, risk and control oversight, dispute management, and program-level reporting, partnering across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to improve credit bureau data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk through controls surrounding credit bureau reporting.
• Work with data files, tools, and sources, and collaborate with other Credit Bureau Team leaders to manage and maintain a comprehensive program.
• Manage testing, controls, account trending and reporting, procedure management, KRIs, KPIs, issue and risk management, and Key Control Performance metrics.
• Use AI tools to accelerate work and improve output quality, while understanding their limitations and where human judgment remains critical.
• Show colleagues how to use AI tools effectively.
