About the role
Build a Contract Staffing division from the ground up.
Tasks
- Develop new business and deliver talent.
- Open doors, win clients, and make placements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of staffing/agency contract placement experience.
- Proven ability to develop new business AND deliver talent.
- A self-starter who doesn't need a playbook for every move.
Schedule
- Hybrid
Pay
- Base salary up to $100K DOE.
- No draw. No threshold. Commission from dollar one.
- Quarterly commission bands, paid monthly.
- Up to 50% uncapped commission.
- End-of-year bonus that grows as you scale.
