Job description
About the role
Prestige WFS is representing a confidential, venture-backed personalized coaching company hiring 2–3 engineers for a new AI-powered health product.
Tasks
- Prototype agent capabilities
- Build production Python services and integrations
- Evaluate safety, effectiveness and personalization
- Deploy, monitor and improve
- Make practical tradeoffs across quality, latency and cost
Requirements
- Staff-level experience and 5+ years in applied AI engineering
- Health-tech experience
- Early-stage, high-growth startup or founder experience
- LLMs shipped to production
- Tool calling, structured output, evaluation and agent frameworks
- Experience at Big Tech or a leading late-stage startup before moving into an earlier-stage environment is a plus.
