Requirements
- 8–10+ Years
- H1B, H4 EAD, Green Card (1988 or earlier). No CPT/OPT.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices experience
- AI/ML architecture and implementation
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and implementation
- Vector databases
- LLM integration using APIs and SDKs
- AI guardrails and output validation
- AI model lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring
- AI-generated code verification and security auditing
- Good to Have: Telecom domain experience (recent or previous)
- Order Management experience
- E-commerce or Logistics domain experience
- Technical leadership and architecture ownership
- Experience building enterprise AI platforms or AI-enabled products
