About the role

Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area, creating clarity for other product managers and teams.
- Drive ambiguous, high-impact bets from problem framing through launch and iteration.
- Define metrics and customer signals, and hold the product area accountable for measurable business results such as retention, activation, and expansion.
- Represent the customer in company-level strategic decisions and translate accounting workflows into clear requirements.
- Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs across teams.
- Own product reliability, accuracy, and usability across the product area.
- Set the standard for product craft, mentor other product managers, and influence peers across engineering, design, and GTM leadership.
- Partner with product marketing, GTM, and sales, sharing insights with the roadmap and shaping major launches.
- Improve internal processes, tooling, and the operating model to help the team ship fast.
