Job description
Requirements
- Knowledge of governmental accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Experience with federal/state grants, contract administration, and reimbursement processes
- Understanding of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and expenditure tracking
- Ability to review budgets, contract deliverables, and fiscal documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- CPA, CGFM, or other relevant certification is a plus
- Candidates must be Tennessee residents. Relocating candidates must establish Tennessee residency before starting.
- Background verification is required.
