Structural Engineer (EIT)

About the role

We’re partnering with an established structural engineering firm in the Phoenix, AZ area that is looking to add an early-career Structural Engineer/EIT to their team.

Hands-on structural design experience, direct mentorship, and a clear path toward earning their PE.

Requirements

• FE/EIT certification required – PE is not required
• B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Strong foundation in structural analysis and design principles
• Exposure to RISA, Enercalc, or similar software is a plus
• Interest in commercial and industrial structural projects
• Eager to learn and grow toward independent project leadership
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship
